ReveriePsychic Eye"Be one of Satori"Familiar
Grants an eye familiar that is attached to Isaac. Can be charged by holding down a fire button for 2.5 seconds. Once fully charged, releases a psychic aura that makes nearby enemies friendly, or charms nearby bosses.

The aura's range is based on Isaac's range.

While 5 or more friendly enemies exist, the eye familiar will close and cannot be used.

Holding down the drop button while shooting will cast a mind blast, immediately killing all charmed enemies, pushing pickups, and making enemies confused.
